Thomas K. Leach, CPA, is the partner-in-charge of the Accountants & Advisors Decatur office. He has more than 26 years experience serving clients in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience working with both commercial and local governmental audit clients along with supervising audits of large State of Illinois agencies. Tom serves on the firm's Assurance Services Executive Committee.
