Job Shadow Program

The Sikich Job Shadow Program offers students currently pursuing a degree in business, technology, or other related field, a firsthand look at the Sikich culture,  work environment, and career opportunities within the Firm. Additionally, the program provides students with a general understanding of what it's like to work in a professional services organization. 

In this half-day program, students will meet with several professionals from Sikich who are in their particular area of career interest and are at varying levels of their career, including Partners of the firm. These informal discussions will show students how their academic studies relate to the workplace, what’s involved in working at Sikich, and what they might expect a career at Sikich to look like. In addition, this opportunity will provide students the ability to make valuable networking contacts as they start to meet key persons they can turn to for career or other professional advice. 

Students will be asked to provide a current resume to share with members of the firm.
