Links to 2010 Form W-4 and Most Current I-9

Every employer is responsible for using the most up-to-date forms available and these forms are free from the government. As a service to our Sikich clients, the Human Resource Consulting Services practice wants to make sure that the organizations we serve have easy access to the most
current information.

The 2010 Form W-4 is available. As you know this form is used by all employers to authorize the withholding of the correct federal income tax from their employee's pay. Follow this link to the form or cut and paste into your Internet browser:

As you are aware, the Form I-9 was also updated last year. This form requires all employers to verify a new employee's eligibility to work in the United States and must be on file for all employees. Follow this link to the form and its instructions or cut and paste into your Internet browser:
