Payment Options

For new Sikich clients and to protect everyone’s interests, we have several payment options. All involve some sort of prepayment.

• 100% up front - entitles the client to a 10% discount on estimated cost.

• 50% up front/50% upon design completion - entitles the client to a 5% discount on estimated   cost.

• 30% up front/30% upon design completion/40% prior to delivery - entitles the client to a 3%   discount on estimated cost.

• No payment up front / with 100% due prior to delivery - entitles the client to no discount or   guarantee.

Here’s Our Easy-To-Understand Guarantee: If you are not satisfied after the design phase of the project, and do not wish to continue, we will refund any money you’ve paid to Sikich Marketing & Design Services for that project, less the actual hours and expenses incurred.

Once a client has established credit (after three jobs with consistent payment or demonstration of the ability to pay), clients qualify for Net 30 terms — all payments due within 30 days after receipt of final invoice. (A client may decide to continue paying at new client terms to get the discounts.) If a client does not pay within the 30-day pay period, we reserve the right to return them to new client terms (along with the accompanying discounts.)
